Mom has been asking me for a few days to put this video on the blog and I finally got around to it! We shot this the other night while Monster was playing with Miss Bella. We laughed and laughed...and laughed at these two sillies. They were having so much fun and this is the only time Bella has laughed for me! There is nothing better than baby giggles. Nothing. Period. The video is dark...but so dang funny!

This post is sooo long overdue, but...oh well...After meeting 13 years ago, Cody and I are finally married! And...we finally got wedding pictures! :) We love us some cupcakes!

These three are my world! I just love them all to pieces.

We had a simple wedding in my parents' living room and ohmygosh did we cram people in there tight! We can't wait till we are sealed in the Manti, UT temple!

Marci was so sweet and made us a cake at the last minute. Isn't it beautiful?! Thanks Marci-you are the BEST!

We had a blast and are so thankful to all our friends and family for coming and spending the day with us!

Pumpkins and Such

We had a blast with the kiddos on halloween this year! They each got to pick out pumpk ins at the pumpkin patch the week before and they loved having their own to carve however they wanted to! Trin wanted dad to carve soccer ball eyes and flames for a mouth, and Austin wanted flames for the eyes and mouth and a star nose! They both turned out really cute and my kitchen ended up a disaster!

Trin snuck into the closet while we were cleaning up the pumpkin mess and suprised us in the kitchen with this little getup...Shes wearing dad's swim shorts, my heels, and her soccer socks...What a retard..... :)

When Austin tried on the custume he planned on wearing, we quickly realized it was to small! It was tight in places it just shouldn't be tight! :)

No worries, though...Austin came up with a costume of his own. He decided to be a cowboy...only, he didn't want to wear jeans-he wanted his basketball shorts...He looked silly, but he was happy. Trin's custume was so creepy...it actually squirted blood that would drip down the face of the mask...eww....

Austin added the final touch to his costume at grandmas-check out the hat! haha...

We took the kids trick-or-treating for just a bit around the neighborhood and they had fun scaring Coop :)

Fall Ball 2009

Cody had so much fun coaching Little League this fall! Austin got to be on his team and they both had a blast.
Austin LOVED playing catcher! Plus, he looked super cute in the gear. :)

Cody loved workin with the little kiddos...

And by the end of the season, he was already talking about the next!

Silly Boy

This is what I found one night when I got out of the shower-Landon "mopping" the carpet with my Swiffer, and my pink flip flops...WOW...Cody was NOT happy about that! hee hee!

Landon also thinks he's a rockstar. He found the guitar for Rock Band and was in the room screaming to his own music!

Last week Landon found Austin's goggles. He was having a really hard time getting them on, so Cody helped him out! He was soooooo not happy about that...not one bit...And he licks you when he's mad at you-which is why the tongue is sticking out. Weird? Ya...we haven't figured that one out!And this one was just too dang cute! We found him walking around in Cody's glasses! Isn't he just way too adorable?

I can't believe our lil Trinitee is seven already! Holy Cow! Of course, she wanted her party at Peter Piper! We ate LOTS of pizza and breadsticks, LOTS of cupcakes, and scored LOTS of tokens and tickets! Cody found the cutest little cake for her-He's such a good daddy!

Trinitee scored big time: awesome water color colored pencils from Scotty, Gabby and Kayla..."Skinny shoes" and Mariokart for the DS from us...

And a ripstick skateboard from Grandma and Grandpa! She was a happy girl! (Not so much into sharing her toys that night tho) :)

She finished off the night by smashing cake in her face! What a silly girl she is. We love her to pieces!!!

4 Weeks...What We've Been Up To

I know...I know...long time, no blog....We are busy, busy, busy so there! I will make a better effort, promise ;)

I've been married to my best friend now for four weeks and it has been more than amazing. We already feel like an old married couple. We laughed the other night when we were both in bed by 10...Cody sat reading his old skool magazine, and I was next to him reading Twi.light (Yes, I am so completely addicted, I gross myself out..). I mean, we were IN BED reading together!! How lame are we? But we love our life-the boringness is a blessing! We are content, happy, in love and so blessed to be able to spend forever together.

Heres what we've been up to the last month or so...

At Austin's request, we had "Wib Night"...His favorite food is WIBS! And Kids Beer, of course.

We get to see our lil Land-O-Lakes every Thursday night and we have so much fun with this sweet boy. He is such a blessing and we are lucky to be able to spend time with him every week! Here he is, learning how to blow bubbles...I think it will be a while before he gets the hang of it!

He LOVES ice cream! He plopped right next to me on the couch and dove in for a bite of my ice cream sandwich! Lil stinker! How can you resist this sweet face, though?
So, that's us. We are loving every minute together..well, almost every minute-lori, I am gonna need more scentsy spray, SOON! You know what I mean :)

Austin Busts a Move

That Cody is refusing to shave till our wedding day...He's beyond stubble...and headed to full on furry! Ewww....Trinitee's on my side tho-as soon as she saw him yesterday she told him that it's gross and he needs to shave! Nothin like your 6 year old tellin you like it is! :)

Road Trippin'

Last weekend Cody and I met up with my fam in Flag for a mini vaca! I'm not sure if we had more fun on the drive up, or while we were there! I think our favorit time to snap pics is in the car, so here's our dive in pictures! Here's Cody SO PUMPED to be going to Flag! :)

One thing about Cody-he gets SUPER silly when he gets tired....After working in Yuma all day Friday, driving home Saturday, then up to Flag saturday afternoon, he was beat...as you can see by the goofy looks on his face...

And yes, he still plays with his food. No, the kiddos weren't there. Just Cody..;)
Poor Cody didn't even get a breakfrom work tho-mom crammed all her potato peels down the drain Sunday morning and clogged it! So while we all got ready for church Cody saved the day with his mad plumbing skills! :) No mother, you CANNOT put all the peels down the drain, even tho you do it at home all the time. And no, I don't know what the point is of having a disposal if you can't dump peels down-ask the plumber! :)

We spent less than 24 hurs up north but we always have so much fun road trippin'!

Ps-Can you believe there's only one month left till we're married? It's crunch time I think!

It's hard to believe that a whole year has gone by with my best friend. On Wednesday we celebrated our anniversary. We had some BOMB dinner at Skye-thanx Marci! I'm pretty sure cody at his entire body weight in steak that night. :) I came home to these pretties!
After dinner, Marci hooked us up with this OMGtodieforbombdiggitdesert!
We ate every last bit of it...except the writing on the plate...:)
We were pretty pooed after a long day...You can see the bags under our eyes fer sure!
Thanks for the best year ever Cody! You're my best friend and I can't wait for our future together! I love you soooooo much!

Cody and I are NUTS for cupcakes right now, so it only seemed fitting that cupcakes be THE CAKE for his birthday! I will admit, I SOooo did not bake these! I ordered them from the cutest lil cake place there ever was! Aren't they adorable? Gotta love Candyland Cupcakes!

Cody already got his lil hands on them-there were two missing the morning he got them-one for him, and one for good ol' Jack! :) Happy Birthday Cody!

For My Birthday Boy!

I have NEVER made cinnamon rolls before. EVER. Not for anyone's birthday! But...for Cody, I decided to give it a shot. These look sooooo yummy! They are actually a sticky bun cinnamon roll-there is a caramel sauce underneath them and after they bake, they flip over and get all gooey and yummy! I am freezing them till Sunday night and I'll bake them Monday morning for the birthday boy! Shhh..don't tell! ;)

I decided semi-last minute that Cody and I needed to get out of town this weekend! He had to work all day Saturday, so Sunday morning we took off! We headed to Prescott first! We ate waaaaaayyyy too many rolls at Te.xas R.oadhouse for lunch and then worked it all off walking downtown by the courthouse. We hit up Cortez St. where all the antique shops are-wall to wall antique shopping the entire block! We giggled while trying to take pics of ourselves-this is something we do often and we are finally mastering the technique! Ha!

And this is where we spent a good hour Sunday afternoon sipping on coffee and totally diggin the cool weaher!

We finished our day in Flagstaff having some of the best (and spiciest)sushi ever! See those little orange dots on top? OMG. Fire. I learned after two bites and decided to pick it off for the rest. It was seriously so hot, I almost cried for milk! Gross. Of course, Cody ate it all-he's crazy like that. I've even seen him drink salsa straight from he jar. . . Weirdo!We needed some time away to relax and we had so much fun! We love just drivin in the car together jammin out! I love you Cody!

We sure miss these lil stinkers. It's been awhile since we've seen them. We miss sweet lil Austin and that stinker Trinitee!!! I found myself lookin thru some pics from the last weekend we had them and decided I should share! These kids are so dang funny! Trin wanted to do everything her dad was doing! She even helped put out the campfire. Really tho, her plan was to get him with a few snowballs!
Austin was diggin his cold pizza! Sometimes we think this kid might be vegetarian. He wanted NOTHING to do with our burgers!

We had so much fun up north-even without a tent! ;) We can't wait till we get to see the kiddos again!

PS-Tomorrow Cody and I are headed up north once again. We have no real plans-other than to jus drive and stop wherever we feel like! So, pics to follow when we get back!

An End to the Laziness

I know...I have no excuses...Just laziness! We come home so tired after work, it's all we can do some nights to eat and sleep! We are soooo bummy together!

Tonight I decided to end the laziness and post once and for all. I'm sorry, but most nights I come home and the very thought of uploading pictures to blogger, arranging them one by one, and writing anything worth reading becomes overwheling! So, enjoy the fruits of my labor (haha, not really)! There's lots of pics, and one VERY funny video at the end-so hang in there!

We were so lucky to have the kiddos for spring break and the weekend after (or was it before, I can't remember)! Anyway, we decided to take them camping up in Oak Creek. This trip was total madness from the beginning. Halfway into Sedona (thru at least an hours traffc in construction) we got a text from Perry simply saying "You're gonna be short one tent, two sleeping bags, and a couple chairs..." Short a tent? Try NO tent at all. In our attempts to downsize from the big tent to the little tent, we forgot A tent alltogether! We weren't about to buy an overpriced tent in Sedona so we decided we'd tough it out, maybe sleep in the car and make the best of it. Suprise numbero dos-Oak Creek canyon was PACKED! Must be a popular spring break destination, not that we planned on that ahead of time! Suprise number three-snow?! We were so not expecting snow at all! Granted, there wasn't tons, but it was cold and we simply weren't prepared for this kind of weather! We drove thru Oak Creek and pulled off at some camp ground in Flaggstaff...watched a retard get stuck in the snow...watchd the retard almost remove his front bumper in an attempt to get out...had fun with a small campfire, and showed the kids how to roast marshmallows-which...they SO did NOT dig t all! WTF? Thanks to Aunt Devra who let us crash at her trailor for the night-the kids totally had blast there!

When we got back in town, lil Austin came down with a little cold. This child FREAKS come medicine time. He'd rather be miserable than choke down a couple teaspoons of medicine. We thought we were sooooo sly when Cody and I got the bright idea to mix his medicine into his "kid beer"...Not so sly tho...Did you know that Dim.a.tap doesn't dissolve in orange C.rush? We shook it for a good while and lil Trinny caught us and ratted us out to Austin! Stinker!
Luckily, we not only got his medicine dissolved, but also convinced him that Trin was LYING! :) And wouldn't you know, of all the nights, he chose that night to NOT drink all his soda! Again, the joke was on us!
The weekend of conference we all packed up and headed to Yuma so the boys could work and the girls could play! Jordin took Marci and I shopping and come lunchtime, THIS is the burrito he ordered! It looked like brain on a plate-not even joking! Poor guy couldn't quite finish it, but Cody helped him out a few hours later! Poor cody. He was pretty miserable our weekend in Yuma, and for a while after that. He's too stubborn to go to the doctor so of course he waited till he thought he was dying. This is him the Wednesday before easter, running a 103 degree temp. Silly boy was hallucinating till I got some Motrin in him to bring down the fever! He finally went to the doctor Friday morning, and, as I suspected, he was sent immediately for a CT scan and from there we were told to head straight to John C Lincoln. He spent friday night on pain meds, and unable to eat-poor guy was so hungry, but until they figured out what was wrong with him, they made him starve! First, we were told that he had free fluid in the abdomen, and possibly a perforated intestine...so scary! (I'm imagining myself changing cholostomy bags for the rest of my life!) Then we were told pancreatitis...then we settled on a possible gall bladder problem. Saturday morning he was taken for a scan to check gall bladder function and by Saturday night he was in surgery to remove it! Our first Easter was spent together on a hospital bed in JCL but we really had a blast! We just hung out, napped, watched some lame tv, and enjoyed some relaxing time! (Is it sad that the hospital was relaxing? I swear I can't sit down and chill out unless I'm forced to)!

I couldn't figure out how to flip this video around, but it's too hilarious NOT to post it! This is lil Trinny, in all her boyish glory showing us how to fart with our armpits! Notice the licking of the hand in the very begnning-I'm sure this makes for a louder fart-this girl sure has some talent here!

So, that's us. We're loving life and having so much fun together!

What We've Been Up To...

I know...It's been a while. But we've been busy! Here's what we've been up to... Mater continues to misbehave, and Cody continues to, well, discipline??? I'm not sure what really goes on during these "episodes" but Mater always ends up on top of something while Cody lectures...Odd? Very.

The kiddos continue to run a-muck as well. We took them to the "train park" in Anthem where they spent a couple hours throwing sand in eachothers' faces and beating on eachother! A fun afternoon, I think!

We had a blast watching the madness between those two... And just after spending two hours burning off their energy, we took lil Austin and Trin for ice cream because really, who can resist these sweet faces?

Feels Like Home

Cups and Such

Cody loves OLD things. Old trucks, old clothes, old music, and sometimes even old (cold) food! We were bored one Saturday afternoon, so it only seemed fitting that he wanted to kill time at Brass Armadillo-one of his fave stores...a store that sells all things old!

We walked EVERY SINGLE aisle of that antique store and scored big time when we found a set of aluminum cups and a matching aluminum pitcher.

Cody was sooo pumped! He was always talking about his mom's rad aluminum cups that keep milk ice cold and now we have our own set! Now all we need to find are the bowls to match!

In the Dog House

Thursday afternoon I came home after a long, LONG LOOOOOONG day. When I opened the bathroom door to let little Mater pup out, I hoped to see his cute lil bug eyes jumpin for joy! Instead, I saw this....

I seriously think this little dog has seperation anxiety. He FREAKS OUT when I get ready for work in the morning because he knows that soon he will be locked up in the bathroom and that I won't be home for a while. He starts crying as soon as I turn off the TV and grab my shoes...he's not as retarded as he looks!He managed to chew through an entire roll of toilet paper and my toilet scrubber. I haven't let him lick my face since...GROSS! Poor Mater. He was sorry for the mess he made.

And even more sorry when Cody caught wind of his little fiesta in the bathroom...
Cody thinks that bad puppies belong on top of the garage cabinets....

Poor little pup has no idea what's going on! Cody gave him a good talkin to and he's been a sweetie ever since! I'm sure he won't be chewing anymore TP for a while!

Happy Valentine's Day!

So this year was our FIRST V-Day together! Instead of flowers, we got up super super early and spent a freezing morning yawning together at the co op, buying a ginormous basket of produce! Happy Valentine's Day to US! Cody was even romantic enough to buy me a cup of coffee at Circle K! :) I have to admit that I've been crazy pumped about our first co op weekend. I've honestly been talking about it like a kiddo at Christmastime all week!

And who wouldn't be stoked about this? We scored tons of produce for under 20 bucks! Our basket was filled with cucumbers (the yummy kind that aren't covered in wax), apples, brocoli, green grapes, tangelos, plums, bananas, tomatoes, eggplant, romaine lettuce, kiwis and sugar snap peas! Um, DELICIOUS!

These little guys are Cody's FAVE. He won't even stop eating them long enough for me to wash them!

We had a blast this morning freezing our toesees off! Never mind the fact that we missed our turn by close to 5 miles and the fact that we almost missed the pickup time alltogether! :)
